Snagged By Lexi currently ships within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, estimated delivery is approximately 5–11 business days. Please allow approximately 7–14 business days from the order date for delivery.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, high-volume periods, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available. Tracking may take several business days to display movement after a shipping label is created.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact snaggedbylexi@gmail.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check around the delivery location and contact the carrier first. Then email snaggedbylexi@gmail.com. We may request documentation from the carrier or local post office before determining the available resolution.
